New Nordic Kitchen for Pets derives from the idea that our pets must be able to enjoy the sensibilities and taste-experience we know from the new Nordic kitchen. We take pride in cultivating the new Nordic food tradition and developing the best recipes with local products. We call it Kingsmoor Pure. We put extra attention to every recipe. Carefully selected ingredients mean that your pet can enjoy the unique flavour and exceptional nutrition that our Nordic climate and soil offers.

We use these good ingredients:

Fermented rapeseed gives a delicate flavour that no dog can stand for, and it is also rich in protein. Fermented rapeseed is also prebiotic, which stimulates lactic acid bacteria in the intestine, thereby improving digestion.

Omega-3 fatty acids from are especially good for skin and fur. The anti-inflammatory effects of Omega-3 fatty acids also have a positive effect on joint problems, heart disease, kidney problems and weight control.

Fibre and chicory inulin stimulates gastrointestinal tract and growth of good intestinal bacteria, which improves digestion.

Seaweed contains water-soluble dietary fibre, which the dog’s stomach and intestine cannot digest. The water binding ability of the fibres has a positive effect on nutrient uptake and digestion. Seaweed contain up to 10 times as many vitamins and minerals as soil cultivated plants and vegetables.

Carrots are a good source of natural beta carotene, which is the precursor of vitamin A. Vitamin A supports both vision, immune system and skin.

Brewer’s yeast is a good source of natural B vitamins and choline chloride, which is essential for the cells, brain, muscles and liver function.

In all recipes, there is a mix of herbs and vegetables, some of which are lucerne, rosehip, rhubarb, nettle, peppermint, liquorice root, cleavers, horseradish, dandelion, camomile, white hawthorn and anise.
